Get a Written Plan — Your Approval Before We Build

After our chat, we put together a plain-language plan: what we'll build, what the pages will do, and what's not included this time. Once you've read it and agreed, we start — so there are no surprises halfway through.

We don't disappear for months and surprise you at the end. We work in stages, show you demos as we go, and only move forward when you're happy. Want to add something new later? No problem — we'll quote it separately so costs stay clear.

You Try It — Then We Go Live

Before anything goes public, you get to click through everything in a trial version. Once you're satisfied, we launch it for real and hand over the full code and instructions. For 3 months after launch, we fix any issues within the agreed scope — free of charge.
